Our milling department is the heart of our operation, equipped with high-speed vertical machining centres. We specialize in “subtracting” material with surgical precision. Our high-speed capabilities allow us to machine complex parts.
Specifications:
- Tolerances: We consistently hold tolerances as tight as +/- 0.005mm (0.0002″) depending on geometry and material.
- High-Speed Machining (HSM): Optimized for aluminium and soft alloys to achieve rapid material removal rates without sacrificing finish.
- Hard Milling: Capable of machining hardened steels (up to 60+ HRC), often eliminating the need for post-process grinding.
Materials: Aluminium, Stainless Steel (300/400 series), Titanium, Brass, Copper, and Engineering Plastics.
